Lot Value Homes Poised to Sell with Multiple Offers

There are several properties either listed, sold or closed  in the 90402 North of Montana Ave. market to write about this week.  Two of them are new listings being offered for land value, one with plans for a new home on a Gillette’s Regent 60 X 149’ lot and another on a 50 X 150 lot.  I predict both will be sold before the end of next week as the market continues its steady pace.  Even developers are calling to look at spec home project sites – a clear sign of confidence among buyers.

 Update on our 339 20th Street house that we brought to the market last week. Over 175 people have been to the property in the past 10 days. Offers are due in our Montana Ave office no later than Friday 2/17/2012. We expect there will be at least 10 offers and the kicker is that all of the people that appear serious about buying the home plan to renovate – not tear down.
