New listings continue to come and go at about the same pace as the past weeks (2 -3 new listings and 2-3 sales each week since the first of the new year). The “feel” of the market is brisk, with multiple offers on anything priced properly, meaning Buyers recognize when a property is poised to sell and they are not shy about stepping up with their purchase offers immediately. This amount of activity should continue to firm the market as each closed sale becomes a data point for the next.
