Not gossip! It’s true – Pence Hathorn Silver and Partners Trust have moved to our permanent and wonderful location at 1333 Montana Ave, north – west corner of 14th St. and Montana Ave. We are now so close to R&D Kitchen that they will have to name a sandwich after us! Look for an office warming party invite from us soon.
And in other news, this week was another busy week in north Santa Monica real estate with three new listings, one re-list (failed escrow), three new sales and one closing. The lack of well-priced inventory is still the Realtor’s and Buyer’s lament.
