The hot new listing this week is my 339 20th St. (see photo on the right). The minute this house hit the MLS the phones started ringing non-stop. Since this is a Trust Sale, there will be limited Seller disclosures (the Seller never lived on the property). Offers that have no contingencies will be given highest consideration. This may weed out some end users that have dreams of refurbishing the existing house as most end users are not aggressive enough to make offers without the usual Financing and Inspection contingencies.
