The eco-friendly San Francisco based boutique, Amour Vert just opened a new location on Montana Avenue next to my office on 14th and R&D Kitchen. With their own line of apparel along with other environmentally conscious brands, this store is going to be a huge success!

A majority of textiles come from Los Angeles and most pieces are manufactured in the Bay Area, at the old Levis Strauss facilities.

Agolde and Citizen of Humanity denim (actually the same company) are exclusively designed for the Amour Vert boutiques.  Manufactured using a filter free wash and low impact dyes that help conserve water and the environment.

Cute and comfortable sneakers by the French company Veja, are all made in Brazil from left over leathers, wild Amazonian rubber soles and organic cotton laces.

Vegan and leather handbags, that are all made with no harsh dyes and are environmentally conscious. Also grab one of these 100% soy candles from a Chicago based company.

Deadwood is a leather company that uses only scraps to manufacture their pieces. Not all jackets are exactly alike due to this, the best part is that the leather is already broken in and totally soft.

Soko is a solid brass jewelry line that is designed and handmade by female African artisans.

Give back to the environment by purchasing an Amour Vert t-shit, with every purchase they donate proceeds to the American Forest Foundation to plant a tree in North America.
