You may already be aware that Montana Avenue is a great place to stroll, shop and or dine. Most people who are not from the Los Angeles area are not aware of this mellow yet sophisticated street, which makes it so much more appealing. It is a small town community littered with locals. It’s fun running into “the usual suspects” most mornings; walking their dogs or moms dropping off kids at Circle, some of them clients, who sometimes stop by my office for a quick hello. This street is a little on the expensive side but we have everything here; award winning bakeries, coffee shops, yoga studios, fashion boutiques, delicious restaurants, celebrities, and of course real estate. Not to mention the close proximately to Ocean Avenue’s Palisades Park, which is the perfect destination to watch the sunrise or sunset. Throughout out the year, our Merchant’s Association hosts several events for the neighborhood, welcoming others from different communities; The Side Walk Sale, Art Walk, Halloween Hop and the Holiday Walk are very successful annual happenings. The three nearby public schools are phenomenal and help make our real estate extremely desirable.
Did you know that there was a mortuary on Montana 20 years ago? And several gas stations 30 years ago? And that cars were parked diagonally, with no parking meters along Montana for many years?
