305 10th St.-  5bd + 3ba.  $2,700,000.   As I mentioned last month, very well-priced at $2,450,000 so it’s no surprise that it closed for $250,000 over list price. 11,000 sq. ft lot. Landmark Commission will have the final word on its development.
