The Most Expensive SFH Dirt Ever Listed in Santa Monica

Twice last year I wrote about 1525 San Vicente Blvd. and the controversial ‘party house’ at 2009 La Mesa Drive. Both homes have been available for sale for the past few months but until this week neither one of them were published in the Multiple Listing Service. Many of you wanted to see photos of these homes and now that they are both in the MLS, photos are easy to view by clicking on the property address links below.

As the trend of ‘quiet’ listings (no MLS) continues in most major markets it is interesting to note that neither of these home Sellers seem to have been successful without the MLS.
