This has been one of the busiest weeks in recent memory with 6 new listings hitting the market in North Santa Monica.
6 properties became available this week, priced from $2.4M up to $4.4M bringing the total number of homes available to about 20. There are now more homes available to buy than there have been all year for Buyers that are looking to own some of the most coveted real estate in the Los Angeles area. Interest rates are creeping up and we have had more than a few frantic calls from people that want to buy now before their purchasing power is diminished.
There are 15 homes under contract and with the attractive pricing on some of the new listings, I imagine the number of homes in escrow to be 20 by next week, in spite of the Independence Day shortened week.
