The Los Angeles County Fair officially opens today thru September 28th, with over 70 rides, games, concerts and a huge petting zoo area. Not to mention loads of fun carnival food—it would not be LA without the gluten free options.
Bottomless Brunch is extended at the Sonoma Wine Garden, Saturday, Sunday and Monday! Enjoy bottomless Bloody Mary’s or Champagne all weekend long while taking in the lovely views from the top of Santa Monica Place mall.
How about a gourmet burger bar at the Viceroy? Labor Day only, Chef Tony will be grilling delicious burgers with an option of over 20 toppings and plenty of tasty sides. Enjoy your food poolside while listening to the tunes from a live DJ.
This weekend is the 10th Annual Art Deco Festival on the Queen Mary, celebrate Great Gatsby style in vintage attire. Take part in tours, showcases, prohibition tastings and jazz dance performances. Tickets sold online.
I wrote about this event last year but in case you didn’t get a chance to check it out, it’s the annual Fiesta Hermosa. A large arts and craft fair with great music, petting zoo, pony rides and an ethnic food court including a beer and wine garden. Kicks off on Saturday all weekend long.
