There were multiple offers on 376 22nd Street this week. Several developers and 1 or 2 end users were interested in buying this development site. The existing 3 bedroom+2 bath home listed for $2,995,000 sold for more than the list price. Just north of Carlyle on the west side of the street and between Carlyle Avenue and Georgina Avenue.

This is a land value sale that sold for $3,525,000. Look for a gorgeous modern farmhouse to replace the 80 year old existing structure soon.
