As we close out another week we are seeing much of the same activity as the weeks past.   Very few new listings (1 actually) have come on the market and multiple offers are expected. We have had Buyers squeezed out of the 90402 market into Venice and other neighborhoods, rather than risk not being in the market and taking advantage of low interest rates and rising prices.
