Addicted? Consuming too much energy? There is a meeting for that…..A workshop actually. It’s hosted by the City of Santa Monica’s Office of Sustainability and the Environment, and it will take place at the Pico Branch Library on Tuesday, July 14 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
The point is to provide some insight on your next home upgrade. Experts will share their knowledge with Santa Monica residents will let you know which green home updates are available and how to get the most rebates. The workshop will begin with refreshments and end with a raffle!
Solar Dirt – Another group that will be present at the workshop is Solar Santa Monica, which exists to help local residents invest in solar technology. If you need assistance figuring out which incentives you can expect, how much return on investment you will get, or which building permits you need, talk to the representatives of this group. Achieving optimal energy efficiencies cost $$$. PACE Financing can assist you, since this company helps local residents find financing options when they decide to make their house more energy efficient.
And finally, If you can’t make the workshop but want to talk to a NOMO neighbor that researched all the companies and financing options, call me and I will put you in touch with him.
