Last Thursday I took the family to the Grand Opening celebration of ICE – Downtown Santa Monica’s premier outdoor ice-skating rink.
There was free skating, food, crafts, giveaways, music and performances by some of California’s most elite skaters.
ICE is open to the public from November 1st to January 2016 and general hours of operation are: Monday-Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm Friday: 2:00pm – Midnight Saturday: 10:00am – Midnight Sunday: 10:00am – 10:00pm
Grayson really enjoyed the gingerbread cookie decorating station.
The options were galore.
And it felt like Christmas all around.
Kids of all sizes hit the rink.
It was a beautiful way to kick off the holiday season.
