There are several additions to the North of Montana Ave real estate inventory this week and one agent that I spoke to this afternoon thinks that with prices where they are now, we have hit a plateau. This is an agent that owns two homes in the area and has been selling in the area for more than 20 years.
I happen to think that there is still more upside potential in the Santa Monica market this year. We should know for sure by watching the selling prices of this next wave of sales.
