Halloween is on a Saturday night this year so the crowds are likely to be bigger than usual in the north of Montana Ave area. The usual haunts like 16th and Georgina and several homes on 24th St are already decorated so if you want to avoid the big crowds on 10/31, and you don’t care about collecting candy, stroll around the 90402 area between 16th and 25th this weekend instead of next and brace yourself – some of these homeowners go all out!
There are two new listings north of Montana; 624 Marguerita Avenue is on the corner of 7th and Marguerita and is a 12,700 square foot lot, fully priced at $5.5 million and because it’s on a corner, you will have significant set-back requirements if you plan a new home here. The other new listing is 333 18th Street. 18th is a very popular street.
