We have made a significant change to our 2015 marketing with our advertising in Digs Magazine. Starting today, Digs is delivered to homes, restaurants, hotels and news racks throughout our neighborhood. In case you have not yet seen it, Digs is a popular luxury home magazine launching today on the Westside. It features stunning photography of properties that are currently on the market. It is a bi-weekly lifestyle publication and a leading marketing platform for local real estate and real estate professionals. In addition to photos, open house and other real estate info, there are editorial stories on various local topics. If you live in Santa Monica, look for Digs in your driveway or porch or pick up your free issue on Fridays in front of our office, at 14th and Montana Avenue or Whole Foods on 16th and Montana!

There no new listings in the flats north of Montana Avenue in Santa Monica. 4 properties sold this week.  2 of the 4 are Pence Hathorn Silver listings – 345 21st Street and 101 Foxtail Drive.  101 Foxtail Drive quickly sold and went into escrow in less than a week. There are 10 year-to-date closed sales, up one from last week with 410 26th Street closing.
