The Wall Street Journal has issued the 2014 REAL Trends the Thousand list – the top 1% of nearly a million REALTORS® nationwide. I am happy to say that again this year, Pence Hathorn Silver made the list and ranked in the top tier. We had a total sales volume of $120,759,992 and we are the highest ranked Real Estate Team on the Westside!
I was feeling pretty great about this until I read that the #1 team in the nation is from Miami Florida with a whopping total sales volume of $551,745,386, blowing the doors off us (to be fair, that team has way more agents than we do).
Several of my partners here at Partners Trust made the list and ranked as top individual real estate professionals by sales volume, also. My buddy Hugh Evans ranked #94 with a total sales volume of $94,195,000 and Richard Stearns ranked #121 with a total sales volume of $84,263,710!
