Book Signing Events at Williams-Sonoma: Barefoot Contessa Visits Santa Monica

When you think of Montana Avenue, do you think of chefs signing books for awaiting fans?

I didn’t either. Usually I think of the many trendy and unique stores that line the sidewalks.

But, one of the newer additions to the street — Williams-Sonoma, which offers an impressive selection of cookware — has launched a series that they host throughout the year where they schedule book signings by famous chefs.

If you buy the book on the day of the event and stand in line, you are guaranteed a signed copy of the publication.

The only catch is that you will have to wait:

These events are very popular as you can tell: fans wrapped around the block earlier today, waiting in line for their chance to have their book signed by Ina Garten, also known as Barefoot Contessa, for her newest book “How Easy Is That?”

If you missed out on this event, don’t worry: you can access the schedule of signings by visiting the Williams-Sonoma website or by becoming a fan of the store on Facebook.

Did you make it to the event? Did you get your book signed by Ina Garten? Let me know all about it in the comments below!
