Olympic Dirt Another event on our horizon may just be the 2024 Summer Olympics. Santa Monica is being considered as a host for the beach volleyball event while the majority of the sports would be held in Downtown LA. Other cities that are in the running to host are Budapest, Paris, & Rome.
